1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 8bet100 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, household, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an 8bet100 account, you agree to:

8bet100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 8bet100 Platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and account registered to the Player. Third-party payment methods are prohibited;
• Withdrawal requests require the Player's account to be fully verified (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied;

• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time;

• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, deposits may be reversed and accounts suspended pending investigation.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player's financial institution, not 8bet100.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

8bet100 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all 8bet100 promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to stated wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise;

6 Betting Rules & Game Fairness

All games available on the 8bet100 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed studios. The following rules govern all wagering activity:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player;
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 8bet100 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account;
• Winnings resulting from obvious errors in odds, game configurations, or bonus credits applied in error are not payable and will be voided;

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 8bet100 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such errors must be reported to 8bet100 support immediately;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under false identities;

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — activated immediately upon request;

9 Account Suspension & Termination

8bet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within required timeframes;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification requirements.

Upon account termination for cause, 8bet100 may forfeit all bonus balances. Real money balances, net of any amounts owed to 8bet100, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending investigations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8bet100 Platform — including but not limited to the 8bet100 name, logo, domain, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, images, and audio — is the property of 8bet100 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8bet100 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any 8bet100 content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 8bet100 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the 8bet100 Platform;
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from authorised third-party access to their account;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

8bet100's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the 8bet100 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players agree to attempt resolution through 8bet100's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected] with a full written description of the dispute. 8bet100 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels remain available to Players as a regulatory recourse.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8bet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the 8bet100 Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the 8bet100 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
